Employability

Working Wanderers

Working Wanderers aims to build confidence, raise aspirations, develop SOFT skills and provide work experience opportunities in order to prepare people for work. BWitC will also support participants with job searches, CV writing and interview technique with the ultimate goal of moving them into employment or training. The course has now expanded and can offer support to those aged 16 right up to 45. We can now also offer 1 to 1 mentor support which still includes; CV Support writing, assist with job searches, applications and guidance around how to approach interviews and navigate the process as a whole. We’ll also be able to provide avenues into work experience to build the foundations of life in the working world, helping participants to get valuable hours of work under their belt. We’ll also provide an aftercare service where participants will be able to continue to receive employability support beyond the end of the course from BWitC staff.
