Active Wanderers Kicks Off First Workshop with Special Guest Rob Bridgewater

Bolton Wanderers in the Community are pleased to announce that Rob Bridgewater will be joining us for our first Active Wanderers workshop on Thursday 9th May. Our monthly Active Wanderers Workshops will be looking to how we can make small changes to our lives to create lasting positive changes so we’re excited to be launching this programme with Rob.

With over 20 years of experience in business Rob has always been passionate about helping others and using the structure he developed whilst building his business to inspire others to live healthier, happier lives.

The success Rob had with his property business whilst working full time came down to his structure, managing his time and energy and prioritising his health. Speaking about his coaching Rob said “I love to encourage others about the possibilities there are and to learn to enjoy each day more by doing more of the things they want to do with the people they want to do them with. Celebrating the small wins, connecting with others and having a more positive outlook.”

“I have personally experienced and have heard many stories of burnout, of poor health, of lack of time and energy. There is no balance, and the lifestyle is clearly not sustainable. By combining my coaching skills with my experience, I help people design life and business together.”

Join us in the Wellbeing Hub from 18:30 on Thursday 9th May. We do have a limited capacity so this workshop will be first come first serve.
