Positive Chances
Our Positive Chances mentoring project is for 11-16 year-olds and works to support vulnerable and high-risk young people, working with them on a 1-2-1 basis over 10 weeks to provide emotional, health and wellbeing support, and provide positive role models.
Our mentors are highly skilled people who come from a variety of backgrounds and professions, which enable them to effectively support young people to reach their potential and live positive and happy lives
