Mental Health Football

Our Mental Health Football provision is a drop-in service that aims to increase the physical activity levels of adults experiencing low-level mental health concerns. With physical activity shown to have a positive impact on both physical and mental health, participants are encouraged to take part in fun football sessions in a relaxed environment.

 

Sessions take place from 11.30 – 1.00 every Tuesday at Burnden Park Sports Complex and are completely free of charge.
