We deliver projects that improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of the Bolton community.
Team Talk – Provides a support network for men who may be in need of additional support. Open to men aged 18+ it promotes conversations around mental health and wellbeing through a common interest in football and Bolton Wanderers.
Extra Time Hubs – A weekly project that encourages those aged 55+ to connect with other like minded people, promotion physical activity and socialising.
FIT FANS – A free 12 week health programme for men and women aged 35-65 who are looking to lose weight, get fitter and lead a more active life.
Walking Football – Offering those aged 50+ the opportunity to carry on playing football and experience the health and social benefits that come along with being active.
Sporting Memories – Tackling isolation, loneliness and dementia through providing the older generation with the opportunity to meet and reminisce about all things Bolton Wanderers.
